About Me

Ronda Collins , LMHC

Hi my name is Ronda and I'm a graduate of Howard University and a  licensed mental health counselor in New York and New Jersey.   Do you feel overwhelmed by life's circumstances and would like to find a safe, judgement-free space to talk? During our sessions we will work together to identify underlying experiences and core beliefs that are causing current conflicts in your life, whether related to family, parenting, work, school, relationships, etc. I can help you  in finding healthy solutions in order to live a more fulfilling life. I have experience working with clients who have experienced trauma, depression, suicidal ideation, self esteem, and anxiety related to a variety of factors, including family separation, work, friendships and relationships, grief and loss, and  life transitions. I believe that showing yourself compassion and self-acceptance is an important step towards your growth. As a therapist I provide warmth, empathy, and respect, and I genuinely care about your growth. I look forward to working with you to help you through your journey
