About Me

Hi I'm Darlene.  I was born and raised in Staten Island , NY, home of the Wu Tang Clan.  I became a social worker because my oldest sister became heroin addicted and her addiction devastated our family. I had an  internship at the women's  prison at Riker's at a time when my sister was also there. Thankfully my sister has changed her life and is successfully in recovery.  

 Going through this taught me a lot and I knew I want to help people in pain.  I graduated from Hunter College School of Social Work with a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work.  I'm a warm and down to earth therapist who wants to help you to live your best life.  

In addition to being a therapist, I love playing with furbaby Tyga, walking, cooking. shopping and traveling. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you to be able to reach your fullest potential.
